Shipping policy

All orders are processed + shipped within 4-6 business days. You will receive an email including your tracking number once your order has shipped and is on the way! Any orders placed on weekends or holidays, please allow extra time for processing.

PLEASE NOTE: Cherry Lane Candle Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Once your package arrives at the post office, it is then in the hands of the postal facility. Please file a claim with USPS should your package not arrive.
